Beschrijving keerzijde The central motif consists of the geometric logo of the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON), rendered as a complex interlocking star and diamond mandala design within a circular field, evoking traditional Nepali yantra symbolism. Surrounding the central emblem is a Devanagari legend identifying the institution and commemorating its Silver Jubilee (B.S. 2050–2075). The denomination is expressed twice in the lower field: in Devanagari numerals as रु. १०० and in Latin script as Rs. 100. A continuous beaded border frames the entire reverse design along the rim.

Aanvullende informatie

SEBON — the Securities Board of Nepal — was established under the Securities Act of 2006 to regulate the country's capital markets, and this commemorative marks its institutional mandate rather than any singular event. Nepal's public equity market, the Nepal Stock Exchange, had seen explosive and largely speculative retail participation in the years preceding this issue, making SEBON's regulatory role a matter of genuine public consequence.
