Obverse description Printed in shades of brown and orange on a guilloche underprint, the obverse carries an intaglio portrait of Muhammad Ali Jinnah at right, wearing a karakul cap, set against intricate floral and geometric border ornaments. Central Urdu text in multiple lines gives the bank name, denomination, promise clause, and governor's signature title, with the numeral 100 in large figures at lower left. A two-line English overprint at the lower centre reads FOR HAJ PILGRIMS FROM PAKISTAN / FOR USE IN SAUDI ARABIA ONLY, distinguishing this note as a special Haj issue.

The State Bank of Pakistan seal appears at upper left within an ornate circular guilloche, and the denomination numeral 100 is placed at upper right. A bold letterpress panel along the lower margin carries the English legend ONE HUNDRED RUPEES.
