Obverse description An intaglio portrait of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah wearing a Karakul cap is positioned at left against a fine guilloche underprint in blue-grey tones, flanked by ornamental arch vignettes that frame the central text panel. Bilingual legends in Urdu at right and Bengali at left carry the issuer name and denomination, with floral motifs at centre and the numeral '100' at the lower-left and upper corners. The Governor's two-line signature block of the State Bank of Pakistan appears at the foot of the note.

Reverse description The reverse centres on a large intaglio vignette of the Badshahi Mosque in Lahore, rendered in blue with engine-turned guilloche borders; the frontal elevation faithfully reproduces the three bulbous white domes, four corner minarets and ornate Mughal facade in fine detail. The State Bank of Pakistan seal is set within an ornamental cartouche at upper left alongside the circular bank emblem. The legend 'STATE BANK OF PAKISTAN' runs across the top margin, with 'ONE HUNDRED RUPEES' inscribed along the lower edge.
