| Obverse description | A traditional Maldivian dhow under sail occupies the right portion of the face, rendered in fine intaglio line work against a multicolour guilloche underprint in green and pink tones. Palm fronds and tropical foliage form a central vignette, with Thaana script inscriptions and the denomination numeral 100 in the upper left. A signature and dual-calendar date appear in the lower centre, with serial numbers printed twice in green at upper left and lower right. |
