Description de l’avers	Brown-toned note with a central vignette of the Latvian coat of arms flanked by laurel branches, with the denomination "100" in large numerals at left and right. The heading reads "LATWIJAS WALSTS KASES SIHME" in bold letterpress, with "SIMTS RUBLI" below the central device. A scroll banner at the bottom carries a guarantee text in Latvian, with the year 1919 centred above it, and two manuscript signatures with their respective titles printed below the central vignette.

Description du revers	The reverse is printed in a similar brown tone and divided into three language panels. A large central vignette of a spreading oak tree dominates the composition, with the denomination in an oval cartouche at its base reading "RUBEL 100 РУБЛЕЙ". To the left, the German text "LETTLANDS STAATS KASSENSCHEIN" and "HUNDERT RUBEL" appear alongside a guarantee clause; to the right, the Russian text "ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬСТВО ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОГО КАЗНАЧЕЙСТВА ЛАТВИИ" and "СТО РУБЛЕЙ" mirror the layout. The date "1919" is printed twice in the lower margin, flanking the central cartouche.
