Obverse description At centre, the official emblem of the Bank of Russia — a double-headed eagle with wings lowered — is depicted within a circle of beads. The semicircular Cyrillic legend БАНК РОССИИ (Bank of Russia) curves beneath the eagle within the inner circle. Along the outer rim, the upper arc bears the denomination legend СТО РУБЛЕЙ (One Hundred Roubles). The lower rim carries the precious metal designation and fineness (Ag 925), the year of issue (2014г.), the fine metal content (1КГ), and the Saint Petersburg Mint monogram (СПМД), all separated by raised dots.
