Reverse description The central composition depicts the three heads of state at the Potsdam Conference: J. V. Stalin at center, Harry S. Truman to the left, and Clement Attlee to the right, each accompanied by members of their respective delegations, all rendered in high-relief portraiture. On the negotiating table in the foreground appear the national flags of Great Britain, the USSR, and the USA. Across the lower portion of the field, a two-line inscription reads 'ИЮЛЬ – АВГУСТ 1945 ГОДА' (July–August 1945). A circular legend along the upper rim reads 'БЕРЛИНСКАЯ (ПОТСДАМСКАЯ) КОНФЕРЕНЦИЯ' (The Berlin [Potsdam] Conference), while the lower rim bears the legend 'СССР – США – ВЕЛИКОБРИТАНИЯ' (USSR – USA – Great Britain).
