| Reverse description | The reverse presents a stylized allegorical composition for the Pisces zodiac sign, depicting two fish swimming in opposite directions, connected by a sinuous ribbon or cord, rendered in polished relief against a frosted field. A scattering of six-pointed and eight-pointed stars occupies the surrounding field, evoking the night sky and the constellation of Pisces. The Pisces astrological symbol (♓) appears prominently in the lower left field. The Cyrillic inscription РЫБЫ (Pisces) is positioned to the right, while the date range 20 ФЕВРАЛЯ - 20 МАРТА arcs along the upper portion of the coin, denoting the zodiacal period. The composition is executed in a clean, modern engraving style consistent with the prooflike finish of the series. |

| Additional information |
Transnistria — the narrow strip of land between the Dniester River and the Ukrainian border that declared independence from Moldova in 1990 but remains unrecognized by any United Nations member state — has nonetheless operated a full central bank and issued collector coinage since the mid-1990s. The Pisces piece is part of a zodiac series struck under those unusual circumstances: legal tender within a territory whose legal existence is itself disputed.
Production was contracted to external mints, as Transnistria has never operated its own striking facility.
