Obverse description At center, the State Emblem of the Transnistrian Moldovan Republic is displayed in relief within the field. The denomination '100 РУБЛЕЙ' and the date '2007' appear in the lower portion of the field. The legend 'ПРИДНЕСТРОВСКИЙ РЕСПУБЛИКАНСКИЙ БАНК' arcs along the upper periphery, with the mint mark 'ММД' and fineness designation 'Ag 925' incorporated into the inscription.

Reverse description A close-up portrait of General-Field-Marshal G.A. Potemkin-Tavrichesky occupies the central field, set against a partially unfurled scroll bearing the inscription 'ВОЗВРАТ РУССКИХ ЗЕМЕЛЬ МЕЖДУ ЮЖНЫМ БУГОМ И ДНЕСТРОМ' (Return of the Russian lands between the South Bug and the Dniester). The Imperial Russian double-headed eagle emblem appears in the background. The legend 'генерал-фельдмаршал ПОТЁМКИН-ТАВРИЧЕСКИЙ Г.А.' curves along the upper edge, while the dates '1739 - 1791' denoting Potemkin's lifespan are positioned to the left of the scroll. Along the lower periphery, on a stylized ribbon, the inscription 'РОССИЯ В ИСТОРИИ ПРИДНЕСТРОВЬЯ' (Russia in the history of Transnistria) arcs within the border.
