Obverse description At center, the double-headed eagle emblem of the Bank of Russia is depicted in high relief against a mirror-polished field, its wings spread and heads facing outward. A beaded inner circle frames the central device, separating it from the surrounding legends. The Cyrillic denomination СТО РУБЛЕЙ (One Hundred Roubles) arcs across the upper portion of the coin outside the beaded border. Along the lower arc, the issuer legend БАНК РОССИИ (Bank of Russia) is inscribed, flanked by the silver fineness mark Ag 900, the weight designation 1 КГ, the date 1999 Г., and the Moscow Mint monogram ММД.
