The large Cyrillic legend СТО РУБЛЕЙ occupies the upper central field, with the denomination also rendered in Arabic script يوز منات, and numeral medallions reading 100 positioned at left and right. Two manuscript signatures appear at lower left identifying the Chairman of the Council of Ministers and the Minister of Finance, with additional signatures at lower right. |
