Obverse description	The Imperial Russian State Arms, surmounted by the royal crown, occupies a large circular vignette at left centre, enclosing the double-headed eagle within an ornate guilloche border. The title «Государственный кредитный билет» (State Credit Note) is inscribed in bold Cyrillic lettering across the upper portion, with the denomination «СТО РУБЛЕЙ» rendered in large numerals at right. Serial number prefix and number appear at lower left and lower right, with manuscript signatures of the Управляющий (Manager) and Кассир (Cashier) at centre bottom.
