To the left, a central vignette presents the Bank Melli Iran headquarters building set within a landscaped foreground, framed by an elaborate guilloche border with ornamental cartouches at each corner. The denomination "100 Rials" is inscribed in Persian script at the top centre, flanked by the bank title "بانک ملی ایران" and repeated serial numbers at top and bottom. |
