| 备注 |
Bank Melli Iran had relied on American Banknote Company for earlier Pahlavi-era issues, but the postwar shift to Harrison & Sons reflected a broader British commercial influence over Iranian financial infrastructure in the late 1940s — one that would become politically untenable within a few years. By 1951, Mossadegh's nationalization crisis had fundamentally altered the terms on which foreign firms could operate in Iran, and this series was retired accordingly.
P#50 is sometimes found with foxing along the edges, a known deterioration pattern common to Iranian paper issues of this period stored in humid conditions.
