Descrizione del dritto	A marble sculptural vignette at left centre depicts a cherub and griffin in relief, rendered in intaglio against a lightly shaded panel. The upper portion carries the bank title in Arabic script flanked by the denomination numeral 100, while the central field bears Arabic text stating the issuing authority and legal basis. An ornate guilloche rosette in multicolour underprint occupies the lower centre, with a repetitive lattice border framing the entire face.

Descrizione del rovescio	A panoramic vignette of the city of Ta'izz fills the central field, showing densely terraced urban architecture set against a mountainous backdrop, executed in fine intaglio line work. The numeral 100 appears at both left and right margins, and the bank title and denomination legend in English are lettered above and below the central vignette respectively. An elaborate guilloche border with foliate scroll corners frames the composition throughout.
