Obverse description The face is composed entirely of fine guilloche lacework in green tones, with the denomination numeral "100" inscribed centrally within the guilloche pattern. Trilingual inscriptions identify the issuing authority as the State of Israel in Hebrew and Arabic, with a "Legal Tender" declaration in Hebrew. The overall design is austere and typographic in character, consistent with the emergency fractional issue nature of the note.
