Validity notices in decorative cartouches flank the arms on either side, and the bold Gothic-script title 'Gutschein der Stadt Celle' runs along the top margin. Below the central vignette appears the facsimile inscription 'Der Magistrat:' accompanied by two manuscript facsimile signatures. |

The central vignette is a detailed line-art illustration of Celle's Renaissance town hall (Rathaus), rendered in black with figures in the foreground streetscape. A text panel at lower centre lists the four public buildings of the Celler Quartett series, and the printer's imprint 'Eduard Binder, Celle' appears in small type at the very foot. |
