| Beschrijving voorzijde | The obverse is printed in olive-green and black on cream paper, with the town name 'Bad Lauterberg im Harz' in Gothic blackletter across the top banner. The central vignette presents the ornate municipal coat of arms — a quartered shield in red and white surmounted by a wild man figure — framed by elaborate baroque scrollwork, flanked on either side by vignettes of fir-clad mountain peaks and, to the right, a stylized pipe-organ or colliery headframe motif. The denomination '100 Pfennig' and the word 'Gutschein' appear in bold Gothic numerals and lettering at lower left and right, with the issue date 15 Juli 1921, the magistrate's facsimile signatures, and a red serial number at the foot of the central panel. |

The town name 'Bad Lauterberg im Harz' is inscribed on a furled ribbon banner at the top, and the denomination '100' and 'Pfg.' appear in bold scalloped cartouches at lower left and right respectively, with a four-line verse in Gothic script centred below the landscape. |
