Reverse description The central field depicts three children in a festive scene: a girl swings a stick to break a traditional star-shaped piñata suspended above, while two other children kneel and reach for the falling candy and treats below. To the left of the design, the silver fineness and weight are inscribed, and to the right appear the denomination, date, and Mexico City mintmark. The commemorative legend SALVE A LOS NIÑOS curves along the lower portion of the field. The entire design is executed in high relief against a proof mirror field, with a beaded border encircling the reverse.
