The "Revolución" commemorative was issued in 2010 to mark the centennial of the Mexican Revolution, one of two polymer commemoratives Banco de México released that year alongside the Independencia note — both marking the twin centenaries that defined modern Mexican national identity. De La Rue's Loughton facility handled the polymer substrate printing, a format Banco de México had been cautious about adopting for general circulation but embraced for commemorative runs where longevity mattered.
The printed date in the metadata — 30.04.1945 — is almost certainly a cataloging error and should be verified against the physical note.
