| Reverse description | The reverse is dominated by a large intaglio vignette of a column of armed revolutionary soldiers marching in formation, rendered in deep red-brown tones, based on a mural by D.A. Siqueiros with the caption 'La Revolución contra la Dictadura Porfiriana'. The denomination '100 Cien Años Pesos' appears at upper left and 'Cien Pesos' at lower centre, with the year '2010' at lower left. At right, a transparent polymer window bears the optically variable corn security element, and a circular Banco de México medallion guilloche appears at centre right, all set against a warm multicolour underprint with pre-Columbian geometric motifs. |
