| 背面描述 | The silver centre presents a faithful reproduction of the design of the historic 1 Peso 'Peso de Caballito' of 1914, depicting a winged allegorical figure of Victory riding on horseback at full gallop toward the right, with sunrays radiating in the field behind. The date 1914 appears in the exergue of the inner design, referencing the original coin. The aluminium bronze outer ring carries the legend HERENCIA NUMISMATICA DE MEXICO arcing along the upper periphery, with the mint mark Mo and year of issue flanking the centre, and the denomination $100 displayed at the base of the ring. |

The "Caballito" name is borrowed from the beloved 1910 Peso designed by Charles Pillet, whose horseman motif became one of the most admired in Mexican numismatic history. This bimetallic commemorative revives that affection deliberately — the original Caballito Peso was struck for only four years before Huerta's coup and the chaos of the Revolution disrupted production entirely, making early-date examples scarce almost from the moment they were issued.
KM#955 is part of Mexico's long-running numismatic program pairing the .925 silver centre technology developed for the Libertad series with commemorative outer rings. The three-year production window ended in 2013.
