| Obverse description | The obverse is printed in dark brown and olive tones on a pale yellow-gold underprint, with an elaborate guilloche border running the full perimeter. The bank title 'EL BANCO DE GUERRERO S.A.' appears in bold lettering across the upper portion, flanked at left by a large ornate numeral '100' within a guilloche oval, and at right by an intaglio vignette of the Santa Prisca church in Taxco set against a mountain landscape. Below the central guilloche panel, the place and date line reads 'Iguala, de de 19' with spaces for manuscript completion, and three signature lines are printed at the foot for 'Interventor del Gobierno', 'Consejero', and 'Gerente', with the printer's imprint 'American Bank Note Co. New York' at centre bottom. |
