Pick 190 has an unusual dual-printer arrangement: De La Rue in London and Giesecke+Devrient in Leipzig have both produced this series, which is why date-range examples can vary in subtle printing characteristics — paper feel, ink saturation, and thread placement tolerances differ between the two facilities even when specifications nominally match.
