| Reverse description | The silver centre depicts a composite allegorical scene representing the state of Coahuila de Zaragoza: a draped forearm extends from the left, supporting a tortoise and a mine ore cart, symbolising the state's natural heritage and mining industry, while a cluster of grapes with foliage occupies the lower centre, referencing viticulture. In the right portion of the field, a detailed engraving of a historic colonial church facade is visible. The denomination 2006 and $100 appear at the top of the inner disc. The aluminium bronze ring features industrial and landscape motifs — including open-cast mining works and chimneys — as well as a robed figure at the left, and carries the legend COAHUILA DE ZARAGOZA along the lower arc within a ribbon cartouche. The mintmark Mo appears at the top of the ring above the silver centre. |
