Obverse description Laureate and draped bust of Liberty facing left, her hair elegantly arranged with an olive branch and a floral ornament, a five-pointed star embossed on her garment at the truncation. The circular legend REPUBLICA DE CHILE runs along the upper periphery, with the date inscribed in the exergue below the bust. The design reflects the refined Art Nouveau style characteristic of Oscar Roty's work, with fine detail in the hair and drapery. A beaded border surrounds the entire design.

Reverse description The Chilean coat of arms occupies the central field, featuring a quartered shield bearing a five-pointed star, supported on the left by a huemul (Andean deer) rampant and on the right by a condor with wings displayed, both supporters rendered in fine relief. A spray of laurel and araucaria branches appears below the shield. The denomination is expressed in three distinct formats around the periphery: CIEN PESOS along the upper arc, 100 Ps on the left, and DIEZ CONDORES along the lower arc, with the Santiago mint mark (So) at the right. A beaded border frames the entire composition.
