Beschrijving voorzijde	Orange specimen note of the Billete Aduanero (customs duty note) series, printed in intaglio by the American Bank Note Company. At left, an oval vignette bears the national coat of arms of Honduras within an ornate frame; the upper centre carries the bold heading REPÚBLICA DE HONDURAS above BILLETE ADUANERO, with a central text block detailing the customs redemption schedule by fiscal year under Decreto Legislativo No. 2 of 5 October 1927. Serial number reads Nº 000000, Serie A, Emisión de 1928, with three signature lines for Contador Mayor, Ministro de Hacienda, and Director General de Rentas, and a red SPECIMEN overprint across the centre.

Beschrijving keerzijde	The reverse is printed entirely in orange intaglio and dominated by a central geometric guilloche rosette flanked by two symmetrical lozenge-shaped lathe-work vignettes, each enclosing a floral rosette. The overall composition is enclosed within a scalloped border of intricate engine-turned scrollwork. REPÚBLICA DE HONDURAS appears in a banner across the upper portion, with BILLETE ADUANERO in a corresponding banner at the lower centre; the printer's imprint AMERICAN BANK NOTE COMPANY is printed in small letters at the bottom margin.
