Pick #104 is the legitimate 100 Pesetas note issued by the Banco de España during the Spanish Civil War, a period when the Republican government retained control of the central bank and its gold reserves — the famous "Moscow Gold" transfer of October 1936 predates this issue by months. The FNMT continued operating in Republican-held Madrid until the city's eventual fall, making wartime production circumstances a genuine variable for notes from this period.
