Floral and foliate vignettes occupy the four corners, flanked by numeral "100" counters at each angle. The issuing authority legend runs along the upper margin, a red two-part serial number appears in the lower centre field, and anti-counterfeiting and legal-tender warnings are printed below the main panel, with the date "1944" at the foot. |
