Numisma Mynthandel is a Norwegian coin and banknote dealer, and this 100 Numisma piece is a privately issued fantasy note produced for promotional or collector purposes — not legal tender in any jurisdiction. Matej Gabris, a Slovak designer and engraver who has produced intaglio-style work for several private and fantasy note projects, handled both the design and engraving, which is unusual enough to be worth noting: the two roles are typically separated on any serious printing commission.
No central bank authority, no currency backing. It exists purely as a collectible artifact of the trade.
