Beschrijving voorzijde	The obverse is dominated by an intricate dragon-motif guilloche underprint covering the entire field, with the numeral '100' in a boxed vignette at upper left and the central inscription 'TIN PHIÊU' in large bold letterpress. Two signature panels appear in the middle register, attributed to the U.B.N.C. TRUNG BỘ and CHÍNH PHỦ TRUNG ƯƠNG, with the denomination 'MỘT TRĂM ĐỒNG' rendered in large capitals along the lower portion.
