Reverse description The reverse features two latent image security elements in the upper portion of the field: rotating the coin to the right reveals an image of plum blossoms, the national flower of the Republic of China, while rotating it to the left discloses a representation of the National Dr. Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall in Taipei. At center, Dr. Sun Yat-sen's own calligraphic rendition of the Confucian passage 'The Great Commonwealth' (大同) is inscribed in full, encircled by a decorative border of plum blossoms near the inner edge. The denomination '100圓' and the silver purity mark '1 oz. Ag999' appear within the design, with the text concluding with Sun Yat-sen's signature '孫文' accompanied by a personal seal.
