| Obverse description | Printed in black and blue using a combination of lithography and intaglio (taille-douce). An oval vignette at left bears a figure of Saint Sebastian, while a standing female allegorical figure of Justice occupies the right side. A vignette of a locomotive in motion is centered in the upper portion of the note. |
