| Obverse description | Central vignette of a bearded male portrait — identified by the inscription as Fernão Dias Paes Leme — set within an oval guilloche frame flanked by the numeral 100 on each side. The upper inscription reads THESOURO DO ESTADO DE S. PAULO BRAZIL, with PRO-CONSTITUIÇÃO arched above the portrait. A red serial number appears twice, upper left and lower right. Below the vignette, a text panel states the bearer's entitlement to 100$000 mil réis per Decree No. 5585 of 14 July 1932. |
