| Obverse description | Central field dominated by the large numeral '100' in bold relief, flanked on either side by elegant olive or laurel branches extending vertically and curving to meet at the base, tied with a ribbon bow. Above the numeral, a small but finely detailed Polish white eagle with spread wings faces right. The date '1922' is inscribed below the numeral, within the lower arc of the branch wreath.
