| Obverse description | Grey-blue toned notgeld with a fine guilloche underprint incorporating a lightly printed sailing ship vignette at centre. The issuer name STADT KIEL appears in bold serif capitals at the top, followed by the voucher legend Gutschein über in ornate script, and the denomination HUNDERT MARK in large bold display type. The date Kiel, den 25. September 1922 is set in italic script, with a red serial number printed vertically at the left margin. Four facsimile signatures with their respective titles appear along the lower portion of the note. |
