A large diagonal blue rubber overstamp across the entire face reads 'Erneut gültig für 100 Mark / Stettin, den 15. November 1922 / DER MAGISTRAT', accompanied by an additional blue manuscript countersignature, formally converting the denomination to 100 Mark. |
