| Obverse description | The obverse is dominated by a large teal-green cloud-shaped underprint against a fine guilloche background in pale tones. The heading 'GUTSCHEIN' is rendered in bold blackletter script at the top, followed by the issuing authority 'des Kreises Liebenwerda' and the denomination 'Einhundert Mark' set within a dark horizontal banner with decorative arrow-shaped end pieces. Below, Gothic-script text certifies approval by the Reichsfinanzministerium dated 16 September 1922, accompanied by the circular official seal of the Kreisausschuss bearing an eagle vignette at lower left, the issue series letter 'C' at lower left margin, and a blue serial number at lower right. |

| Reverse description | The reverse presents a symmetrical heraldic composition on a teal-green underprint with a fine guilloche field. A central cartouche in blackletter script reads 'Einhundert 100 Mark', flanked by six municipal coats of arms of towns within the Liebenwerda district — Liebenwerda and Uebigau on the left, Ortrand at the top centre, Elsterwerda and Wahrenbrück on the right, and Mühlberg at the bottom centre — each shield surmounted by its place name in Gothic lettering and surrounded by ornamental scrollwork and stylised zigzag rays. The printer's credit 'Ziehlke Zinkdruck, Liebenwerda' and the designer's attribution 'Entw. Fritz Röhrs' appear at the lower centre, with anti-counterfeiting warnings in small Gothic type at both lower corners. |
