Opmerkingen

Turkmenistan's 2017 Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games commemorative is one of the more obscure entries in the De La Rue-printed Turkmen series. The games were held in Ashgabat that September — a massive state project that Berdimuhamedow's government used as a platform for international visibility, with Turkmenistan spending an estimated $5 billion on facilities. The commemorative note was issued specifically for that event.

Pick 41A is cotton substrate with a security thread and watermark — no holograms or color-shifting ink, modest by contemporary commemorative standards. Mintage figures were never officially published.
