The design is set against a fine guilloche underprint with traditional Turkmen carpet ornamental motifs.

Reverse description The central vignette presents an aerial intaglio view of the Aşgabat Olimpiýa Stadiony (Ashgabat Olympic Stadium) complex, with a sculptural Akhal-Teke horse monument visible to the left. At upper right, the crescent moon and stars emblem in light blue, alongside the numeral 100; at right centre, the logo of the 2017 Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games. A broad decorative band along the lower margin carries the denomination in Turkmen script within traditional geometric ornamentation.
