| Reverse description | The reverse depicts the Monument of Neutrality (Bitaraplyk) of Turkmenistan rising prominently at centre, set against a radiating sunburst pattern filling the field, with a stylised outline map of Turkmenistan visible to the right. To the left stand three stacked decorative roundels bearing traditional Turkmen ornamental motifs. The Roman numeral XXV appears to the upper right of the monument, commemorating the 25th anniversary of independence. A laurel branch decorates the lower field, while the patriotic legend ÝAŞASYN GARAŞSYZ, BAKY BITARAP TÜRKMENISTAN! arcs around the periphery, punctuated by small star ornaments. |
