| 备注 |
Azerbaijan's second manat series, introduced from 2005 onward, was printed by OeBS in Vienna — the same Austrian security printer that handles the country's passport production. The 100 manat sits at the top of that series, and the OeBS contract reflected Baku's deliberate preference for European security-printing expertise over post-Soviet alternatives, a policy choice made explicit during the currency reform that replaced the transitional manat at a rate of 5,000 to 1 in 2006.
P#36 carries a comparatively modest security package for a high-denomination note of its period, with no intaglio printing listed among its features.
