Obverse description Bare-headed bust of Benito Mussolini in right-facing profile, rendered in a bold, high-relief sculptural style typical of Fascist-era commemorative medallic art. The effigy occupies the central field with strong, angular facial features. A curved legend arcs around the periphery, reading BENITO MVSSOLINI with the birth and death years 1883 - 1945 flanking the portrait. The field is otherwise plain with no additional devices.

Reverse description Central device depicts a fasces — the bundled rods with a projecting axe blade — rendered vertically in bold relief, serving as the primary emblem of Italian Fascism. To the left of the fasces, the denomination LIRE 100 is inscribed in two lines in large block numerals. To the right, the dates OTTOBRE / 1922 / 1923 commemorate the March on Rome and the first year of Fascist rule. The mint mark R (Rome) appears in the lower left of the field near the base of the fasces.
