| 附加信息 |
Lascăr Catargiu served as Romania's first Prime Minister under the 1866 Constitution, holding office from 1871 to 1876 — the longest uninterrupted government of the 19th-century Romanian principality. A Conservative Party founder, he spent much of his career in direct opposition to Ion C. Brătianu, and the rivalry between the two men effectively defined Romanian parliamentary politics for a generation.
The .900 fine specification places this squarely in Romania's ongoing commemorative bullion program, which has issued collector gold at this fineness consistently since the early 2000s.
