正面描述	At centre, the coat of arms of the Republic of Moldova depicted in high relief: a displayed eagle holding an olive branch in its right talon and a sceptre in its left, with a shield on its breast charged with the traditional Moldovan auroch head, star, rose, and crescent motifs, and surmounted by a patriarchal cross. 附加信息	Issued to mark the centenary of the Country Council — Sfatul Țării — the provisional legislative body that declared Moldovan independence from Russia in January 1918 and voted for union with Romania that April. The institution existed for barely a year before being dissolved, making the 2017 commemorative the first significant numismatic acknowledgment of its role in nearly a century of contested national memory.
