正面描述 Central vignette to the right presents a group of three male figures in profile, one holding a torch aloft and another clutching ears of corn and a hammer, rendered in fine intaglio engraving in a socialist-realist style. The denomination "UNA SUTA LEI" is set in large letterpress type at the upper centre, flanked by guilloche border ornamentation and the date "25 IUNIE 1947" beneath. A warning text against counterfeiting appears in a cartouche at the lower centre, with the serial number and series letter positioned at lower left and lower right respectively.

备注

This issue belongs to the turbulent final chapter of Romanian monarchical banking. The Communist-backed Groza government had been in power since March 1945, but the National Bank still operated nominally under its pre-war charter. The 1947 series was issued just months before King Michael was forced to abdicate on 30 December 1947 and the Romanian People's Republic was proclaimed — making notes of this type among the last issued under the old institutional framework.

A currency reform followed in August 1947, with devastating conversion ratios that wiped out savings held in older denominations. Notes from this series circulated in that collapsing environment.
