Description de l’avers	Central intaglio vignette of a seated allegorical female figure in Romanian national costume at left, resting against a rocky landscape with a second reclining figure at lower right; four large white watermark ovals in the corners serve as medallion frames within an elaborate guilloche border. The denomination "100" appears in bold at right and "UNA SUTA LEI" is lettered in large serif type along the lower margin, with three facsimile signature lines — GUVERNATOR, DIRECTOR, and CASIER CENTRAL — occupying the central field below the issue date.

Description du revers	The reverse is dominated by a dense interlocking guilloche underprint centered on the Romanian royal coat of arms surmounted by a crown, flanked by two ribbon cartouches each bearing the numeral "100". Four large blank oval medallions occupy the corners within a continuous ornamental border of interlaced foliate motifs. The inscriptions "ROMANIA" appear in rectangular cartouches at the mid-left and mid-right, and a block of anti-counterfeiting legal text is set in small type along the lower center.
