Description de l’avers	Printed in blue on white paper, the obverse bears the bank title 'BANCA NATIONALE A ROMANIEI' in a central vignette at top, flanked by two allegorical putti figures at the upper left and right corners, with a spread eagle at the top centre. The large denomination text 'UNA SUTA LEI' is inscribed in bold letterpress across the centre, with the date '17 Fevruariu 1894' and a serial number below the bank title. Three signature lines for Guvernator, Director, and Casier Central appear in the lower central portion, with an anti-counterfeiting legal warning text in Romanian at the foot of the note.

Description du revers	The reverse, printed in a matching pale blue tone, displays the large 'UNA SUTA LEI' inscription at the top within an ornate guilloche frame. A central vignette portrays a classical bust in profile at the lower centre, surrounded by elaborate acanthus scroll work and four circular guilloche medallions positioned at the corners. The denomination numeral '100' appears in cartouches at the left and right sides, with the engravers' credits at the lower corners.
