Reverse description The reverse is dominated by a detailed intaglio vignette of a celebrated Georgian sculptural composition — two confronted gryphons flanking a central tree-of-life motif, rendered in a Romanesque-influenced bas-relief style recalling medieval Georgian goldsmithing. The denomination 100 appears in large numerals at the lower right, with the bilingual inscription GEORGIA. ONE HUNDRED LARI centered below the vignette. The year 2004 is printed in the lower central area, and fine guilloche line patterns fill the background.
