Obverse description Central vignette of a Grey Peacock-pheasant, the national bird of Burma, with full tail displayed within an oval guilloche, set against a pink underprint with scrolling floral and dragon motifs forming the border. An intaglio portrait of General Aung San in military uniform occupies the lower right. Denomination numerals appear in all four corners within ornate cartouches, with Burmese script inscriptions below the central vignette and along the lower panel including issuer name and value.
